The Goggles Learning programs, program formats, course layouts, logos, and customized materials are the intellectual property of Ms. Hilary Girtman, ECE. Any agreement for services is made directly with Ms. Hilary Girtman, ECE.
Parents or guardians of Children who enroll one or more children into one or more Goggles Learning Program is making an agreement directly with Ms. Hilary Girtman, ECE, to provide education services.
Parents or guardians who are enrolling one or more children are required to fill out an enrollment form before the start of any free sessions.
Parents or guardians must sign the Goggles Learning Program Terms and Conditions agreement and make the first payment before paid services will start. The Terms and Conditions agreement will outline all the specific details of the Goggles Learning Program, rules and regulations of the program.
All contracts are a month-to-month agreement. The terms of the contract will remain in effect for one (1) year or until a rider is signed by the parent or guardian.
Ms. Hilary Girtman can be contact in several ways. If you are receiving services, please review the terms and conditions outlined in your contract to determine the most appropriate contact method.
If you are not receiving services, you may contact Ms. Hilary Girtman by:
Phone, text, and email are the best forms of communication.
Instagram and Facebook messengers are not checked regularly and should never be used for reporting absences, requestions make-up sessions, or requesting changes to your services.
Free session are offered to new enrollees only. New enrollees can receive up to two free sessions to determine if they want to continue with paid services.
In order to receive free session, you must fill out a registration form which includes the name of the student or students; the name of the parent or guardian who is taking responsibility for the account, the parent or guardian's contact information: address, phone number, and email address; the address of the student if different from the parent or guardian; the age and full birthday of the student or students being enrolled.
The enrollment sheet is not an agreement to make payments or continue services. This information will be used only for identification of and education services for the student or students. This information will NEVER be sold, shared, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party without the expressed written permission of the parent or legal guardian of the student.
If you decide to sign up for you will be given a specific due date for your first payment. All other payments after will be due by the first of each month. The total amount due will be outlined in section E "Payments" of your contract. If there are any changes made to your payment agreement, you will be sent a rider (an agreement to the payment changes that outline the new amount due and the new due dates if applicable). You must sign and return the rider before these changes take effect.
Failure to pay without any notification will result in the immediate termination of your contract. You will not receive any refunds for missed sessions and you will not be allowed to make up any missed sessions.
If, for any reason, you cannot make your payment on time, you must contact Ms. Hilary Girtman via phone call, text, or email to request a payment plan. The terms and conditions for payment plans will be outlined in Section E.h of your contract.
Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
Refunds are provided if:
You must be prepared to provide proof of death, illness, or injury of the student in order to receive a refund.
Every student is expected to log into Lesson Space using their personal link for every scheduled session or make-up session.
Ms. Hilary Girtman will wait for at least 15 minutes for a student to log in.
If, for any reason you child cannot log in on time or will be absent, you must notify Ms. Hilary Girtman at least 1 hour before your child's scheduled time.
The time will not be extended or made up due to the student's tardiness.
You may request a make up session if your child is not able to attend a session and you contact Ms. Hilary Girtman in accordance to the Attendance Policy outlined in Section F of your contract.
Please review Section F of your contract for more details about the attendance policy, absences, no call/no shows, and make up sessions.
You may request a change in services which can include the type of services, the day or time of a service, and the frequency of services. See section G of your contract for more information.
All sessions are video and audio recorded for documentation purposes. These recordings are only accessible to Ms. Hilary Girtman and will only be used for the purpose of assessing the student and documenting progress. This information will NEVER be shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to a third party, nor will it be used in advertising or posted on any Goggles Learning website or social media page without the expresses, written permission of the parent or legal guardian of the child.
Ms. Hilary Girtman, has adopted a confidentiality policy for use with the Goggles Learning Program that meets or exceeds the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other federal and state laws regarding the creation, collection, use, access, storage, and confidentiality of student and family information records.
Items included in these records are referred to as "artifacts." Artifacts include, but are not limited to, enrollment forms, contracts, assessment notes, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, student work, personalized lesson plans, and personalized curricula.
The following is an synopsis of the Goggles Learning Program Code of Conduct. The full code of conduct will be outlined in Section J of your contract.

If your child will miss any day that is NOT listed above, you must contact Ms. Hilary Girtman by phone, text, or email to schedule time off and request make up sessions or a prorated fee. See Section K of your contract or contact Ms. Hilary for more information.
